Texas Senate Passes SB2012

The Texas Senate passed an amended version of SB 2012, which includes guardrails on any PCM implementation, including certain protections against gentailers, and which no longer includes a REP market share cap
The bill was modified by 3 amendments, whose text was not immediately available. Based on discussion during passage, the amendments do not include anything directly targeting the retail market
SB2012 will now advance to the House
