Retail Supplier, Which Is Owned By Shell, Launches Residential Local Wind Plans In Several PJM States

Inspire Clean Energy has launched residential retail electric plans in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey backed, in part, by three Pennsylvania wind farms owned by subsidiaries of Vitol
Inspire's 100% renewable "Power Local" plans are backed 50% from the three Pennsylvania wind farms and 50% from other U.S. wind, solar and hydro sources
Inspire has a four-year offtake from the three Western Pennsylvania wind farms --- Twin Ridges Wind Farm, Patton Wind Farm, and Highland North Wind Park
The offtake is forecasted to generate approximately 201,000 MWh energy in its first year and 535,000 MWh of clean energy through 2026.
Inspire is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell New Energies US LLC
