Opt-Out Aggregation Plans For Two Of State's Largest Cities Approved By PUC

The New Hampshire PUC recently approved the City of Portsmouth’s (NH) opt-out Community Power Electric Aggregation Plan
Portsmouth has approximately 13,000 customers on default service eligible for opt-out enrollment, per Portsmouth’s aggregation plan
The PUC noted that Portsmouth’s plan assumes, but does not require, that the Portsmouth will participate fully in the Community Power Coalition of New Hampshire (CPCNH) to provide electric energy supply and related program services
The PUC also recently approved the City of Dover's opt-out Community Power Electric Aggregation Plan, as well as the separate aggregation plan for the Town of Lincoln
Dover has approximately 16,000 customers on default service eligible for opt-out enrollment, per Dover's aggregation plan
Based on 2020 population, Dover is New Hampshire's fifth-largest municipality, and Portsmouth is the 13th largest
