Dayton Power & Light Files New Default Service Rates

Dayton Power & Light (AES Ohio) has filed new Standard Offer Rates under Tariff G10
The new Standard Offer Rates reflect a de minimis change decrease the currently effective rates (about a 1 mill per kWh decrease for most classes charged on a per kWh basis)
