Retail Supplier Names New CEO; Retirement Of Board Chairman

Santanna Energy Services announced that Santanna Energy Services Board Chairman T.W. Gatlin will retire effective June 30, 2023.
Gatlin will assume the position of Chairman Emeritus effective July 1, 2023.
Santanna Energy Services CEO Douglas Cueller will become Santanna’s new Board Chairman.
Santanna Energy Services President Gregory Rabaey will retain his role as President and additionally serve as Santanna’s CEO.
Gatlin founded Santanna in Austin, TX on May 12, 1988, along with founding board members Tom Cook and J.D. Smith.
"Santanna has been nothing short of blessed with Gatlin’s leadership. Gatlin’s decision to retire brings a close to a remarkable career of 35 years of service to Santanna. Santanna’s employee-owners will miss him and his guidance and thank him for the years of dedicated service," the company said
Santanna Energy Services is a retail marketer and supplier of electricity and natural gas in Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Indiana.
