NYISO Provides Notice Of Termination Of Market Participant From ISO-Administered Markets

The New York Independent System Operator, Inc. ('NYISO') on May 8 provided notice to FERC, "of the immediate termination of IPKeys Power Partners, Inc. ('IPKeys') from the
ISO-Administered Markets in accordance with Section 2.7.5.3 of the NYISO’s Open Access
Transmission Tariff ('OATT') and Section 7.5.3 of the Market Administration and Control Area
Services Tariff ('Services Tariff')."
NYISO in the notice states, "The NYISO, by correspondence dated May 1, 2023, declared IPKeys in default, as defined in
Section 7.5.1 of the Services Tariff and Section 2.7.5.1 of the OATT, for failure to comply with
the NYISO’s creditworthiness requirements. IPKeys remains in default under the NYISO’s
tariffs."
