TXU Launches New Plan With 50% Off Daytime Energy Charges, Year-round

TXU Energy today announced the launch of a new plan that features 50% off of energy charges from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. all year, called TXU Energy Daytime Pass
In the Oncor service area, TXU's Daytime Pass 12 plan is a 12-month fixed rate with an average all-in rate at 1,000 kWh of 16.5 cents per kWh, which reflects a base charge of $9.95 per month, an energy charge of 13.7000 cents per kWh, and a pass-through of TDU charges. Customers will receive a 50% discount on all Energy Charges per kWh during the Daytime hours, defined as from 9:00 a.m. through 4:59 p.m. each day
There is a $150.00 Early Cancellation Fee
