Texas REP Files To Use New Trade Name

Eligo Energy TX, LLC, which was recently acquired by ResidentShield Power, LLC, which is a unit of Yardi, formally filed to update its Texas retail electric provider certificate to add the trade name ResidentShield Power to the certificate
As previously reported, while the entity Eligo Energy TX, LLC and its REP certificate were ultimately acquired by Yardi, in another transaction, the separate REP IronHorse Power Services recently acquired the then-existing Texas retail electric customer book of Eligo Energy TX, LLC.
