Think+ Network, LLC is part of Energywell. Think+ Network, LLC operates as a network or referral marketer
Typically, Think+ Network offers energy supply service from affiliated Energywell supplier Think Energy, LLC (in addition to other services such as community solar)
In Texas, however, Energywell's Think Energy is not a REP (and specifically relinquished its certificate as previously reported).
In Texas, the Think Energy trade name, for REPs, is currently held by MI Texas REP 2 LLC, which, as previously reported, acquired the Energywell Think Energy retail supply customers and added the Think Energy trade name at that time
The Think Energy website presents both Energywell's Think Energy non-Texas offers and MI Texas REP 2's Think Energy Texas offers
Energywell's separate entity, Think Texas Holdings, LLC, previously registered as a Texas electric broker shortly after Energywell's Think Energy relinquished its REP certificate
