ERCOT Receives Notification of Suspension of Operations

On May 26, 2023, ERCOT received a Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for the following Generation Resources: Deer Park Refining Limited Partnership - SL_SL_G1, SL_SL_G2, SL_SL_G3, SL_SL_G4
ERCOT said in a market notice that the NSO indicates that the Generation Resources are not being retired or mothballed. Instead, Deer Park Refining Limited Partnership is converting from a Generation Resource (GR) to Settlement Only Transmission Self-Generator (SOTSG) as of October 27, 2023, ERCOT stated in the market notice
The NSO further indicates that the Generation Resources have a summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 190 MW and a summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating of 120 MW.
