Retail Supplier Acquires Field Services Company

Interstate Gas Supply, Inc. recently acquired Eastern Energy Field Services Inc. from BHE GT&S, which is a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Energy (BHE)
In addition to providing various natural gas field services, Eastern Energy Field Services Inc. held a Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license, but had never served retail customers. Eastern Energy Field Services Inc. has filed to withdraw the unused Pennsylvania retail gas supplier license
Eastern Energy Field Services Inc. was formerly known as Dominion Energy Field Services, Inc. and was part of Dominion Energy's larger Gas Transmission and Storage business, prior to BHE's prior acquisition of Dominion Energy's Gas Transmission and Storage business, which included the entity which became known as Eastern Energy Field Services Inc.
