Retail Supplier Transferring Customers Among Brands

Vistra is transferring some of its Maryland electric and gas customers from various other Vistra brands into Vistra's Maryland Gas & Electric brand
Vistra's Everyday Energy, LLC d/b/a Energy Rewards will transfer its electricity
customers within the Baltimore Gas & Electric service territory to Vistra's Energy Services Providers, LLC d/b/a Maryland Gas & Electric
Additionally, Vistra's Viridian Energy PA, LLC will transfer its gas customers within the Washington Gas service territory to Vistra's U.S. Gas & Electric,
LLC d/b/a Maryland Gas & Electric
In each case, the terms and conditions of the customers' contracts at the time
of assignment will remain the same for the contract term
