Utility Receives Approval To Decrease Residential POR Discount From 4% to 2.2%

The Maryland PSC has approved, as filed, revisions to the purchase of receivables discount rates at Pepco and Delmarva, effective July 1, 2023
Pepco notably filed to increase the residential POR discount from 1.2577% to 1.7948%
Delmarva notably filed to decrease the residential POR discount from 4.0471% to 2.1803%
The approved discounts, effective July 1, 2023, are below. All 0% discounts reflect the zero-ing out of negative discount rates
