AEP Energy Partners Seeks Retail Supplier License

AEP Energy Partners, Inc. applied for an Ohio retail electric supplier license to serve commercial and industrial customers in the service area of AEP Ohio
AEP Energy Partners, Inc. (AEPEP) in its application stated that it, "currently serves commercial,
industrial, municipal, and cooperative customers in the wholesale electric service market in the
following Regional Transmission Organizations: PJM, MISO, ERCOT, and SPP," and that, "AEPEP intends to offer retail energy supply only in Ohio
and only to one or more C&l customers with whom AEPEP has an existing commercial dialogue."
As previously reported, AEP previously launched a sale process for its retail energy business conducted under the entity AEP Energy, Inc.
