PE Firm Acquires Retail Energy Broker

ScaleCo Capital Management announced that, TPI Efficiency, a ScaleCo Fund IV Company, acquired the electricity and natural gas broker business of Greenstar Solutions, LLC.
"Located in Bethlehem, PA, Greenstar is TPI's first add-on acquisition," ScaleCo said
"This acquisition will allow the joint business to offer its clients an even more comprehensive range of services," said Roger Zona, Founder and CEO of TPI Efficiency
With the completion of this acquisition, ScaleCo, which is described as a microcap private equity firm, is, "continuing to look for additional strategic partnerships/acquisitions that will further expand the TPI Efficiency portfolio."
