Developer Notes Commissioning Activities To Support 300 MWh Storage Project In ERCOT

Spearmint Energy (Spearmint or the Company) today confirmed the start of commissioning activities at the Company’s 300 MWh battery energy storage project (known as "Revolution") in the Lower Colorado River Authority’s transmission network in ERCOT
Spearmint specifically noted the delivery and installation of a battery energy storage system (BESS) supplied by the Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. which Spearmint said, "marks a significant construction milestone for Revolution and brings Spearmint one step closer to commencing commercial operation of the project."
"The project, which was energized in June 2023, reached mechanical completion in July and is scheduled to begin operations later this year," Spearmint said
