BoCor Holdings LLC (sister company of Advantage Energy Partners, which acts as a retail natural gas supplier and offers various other services including electricity procurement consulting) announced the purchase of, "a significant package of natural gas and oil wells from Bobcat Energy Resources, LLC."

The properties are located in Ohio’s Stark County, adjacent to other assets controlled by BoCor Holdings.

Advantage Energy Partners and BOCOR Holdings are equally owned and controlled by Michael Senff, President of Advantage Energy Partners, and Robert Hutcheson, President of BOCOR Holdings.

"This transaction supports our continued growth strategy of acquiring conventional oil and gas well assets. These newly acquired assets add to our in-fill drilling acreage for future exploration and development efforts. Our portfolio has grown to well over 500 wells in Ohio and Pennsylvania," BoCor said
