New Chair, Vice Chair At Pennsylvania PUC

Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro has appointed Pennsylvania PUC Commissioner Stephen M. DeFrank as the Commission's new chair, effective immediately.
DeFrank replaces PUC Chair Gladys Brown Dutrieuille, whose tenure as PUC chair and as a commissioner ended with the state senate's confirmation of incoming Commissioner Kim Barrow this week.
Most recently, DeFrank had served as PUC vice chair
Barrow was chosen to serve as PUC vice chair in a vote by her fellow commissioners
Barrow had served as Chief of Staff for Brown Dutrieuille since 2013
From 2008 to 2013, Barrow had served as Chief of Staff in the Office of Commissioner Wayne E. Gardner
