Another Texas Retail Provider Registers For ADER Pilot

Octopus Energy LLC has filed with the Texas PUC a registration form for an Aggregated Distributed Energy Resource (ADER) under the ADER pilot, according to a caption of a confidential filing made with the PUC today
Octopus Energy LLC had previously made public its development of an ADER, but had not previously formally filed anything in Project 54311, the ADER registration project
The entirety of two filings captioned as being made today by Octopus Energy LLC in the ADER project -- one captioned as a registration form and a second captioned as concerning details of the aggregation forms -- were filed as confidential. As such, EnergyChoiceMatters cannot, as of publication time, verify the identity of the filer as being Octopus Energy LLC, or nature of the filings, but has no reason to doubt the accuracy of the public captions
