As part of the process, Texas Energy Scout provides each customer a personalized scorecard at no charge (customers are only charged if they decide to enroll in a new plan, noted further below. The scorecard is free of charge and is generated before this)

As currently listed on its website, Texas Energy Scout LLC's fee, which is charged to the extent a customer chooses to enroll with a plan as a result of Texas Energy Scout's analysis, is $55 if a customer's average monthly bill is up to $250, and $85 if a customer's average monthly bill is over $250
