NRG Energy is acquiring a book of Texas electric customers from Value Power, a trade name of Capital Energy PA LLC
Value Power residential customers will transition to NRG's Discount Power brand in December 2023.
Value Power commercial and non-residential customers will be transitioned to NRG's Cirro Energy brand
Both Discount Power and Cirro Energy are trade names of U.S. Retailers, LLC, which is owned by NRG
Transitioned customers' current contract period, rate and all other terms will stay the same
