After a lengthy discussion, the Texas PUC deferred, to a future open meeting, action on ERCOT NPRR 1186, relating to the state of charge for energy storage resources (ESR)

Commissioner Jimmy Glotfelty previously raised concerns about the NPRR in a memo, as reported in our story yesterday

Commissioner Lori Cobos also raised concerns during the open meeting

Commissioner Will McAdams also said he had "questions" concerning practical application
