DGSP2, LLC has withdrawn a complaint against ERCOT filed at the Texas PUC concerning clearing prices for February 15 and 16, 2021

On March 5, 2021, DGSP2 filed a Complaint against the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, Inc. pertaining to what it termed, "anomalies in ERCOT settlement data and clearing prices for February 15 and 16, 2021 resulting from unexpected computer behavior at ERCOT ('Complaint')."

DGSP2 alleged that software "glitches" resulted in prices during the February 15 and 16 load shed to be artificially below the $9,000 price expected during load shed

Among other relief, DGSP2 had sought an order for ERCOT to resettle the market to include price corrections for February 15 and 16, 2021.

In withdrawing the complaint, DGSP2 said, "DGSP2 has been sold, and the new owner does not desire to pursue the relief sought by Complaint in this Docket."
