Texas-Based Retail Provider Re-locating, New Lease Supports Expansion

Chariot Energy has entered into a "long-term" lease for a full floor, totaling 16,192 square feet of Class A office space, at Galleria Tower 2 in Houston, Texas.
Chariot Energy, which leased the 14th floor, plans to relocate to Galleria Tower 2 (5051 Westheimer Road in Houston) from Williams Tower in the beginning of 2024.
"This lease agreement underscores our commitment to rapidly expanding in the U.S., to solve some of our most complex energy challenges, starting right here in Texas," Chariot Energy said
