Agway Energy Service, LLC is returning its Maryland customers to default service and sought to cancel its electric and gas supplier licenses in Maryland

In a letter to customers, Agway states, "Due to some recent legislative developments, Agway Energy Services has decided to exit the commodity supply market in the State of Maryland. Consequently, we will be returning your supply service to your utility[.]"
