Texas REP Withdraws Complaint Against TDU

Spark Energy, LLC (Spark) withdrew with prejudice its complaint at the Texas PUC against CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC (CEHE, CenterPoint Houston, or CenterPoint) in which Spark had originally alleged violations of PUC rules due to CEHE's alleged, "refusal to disconnect a critical care customer served by CenterPoint."

As previously reported, an ALJ had proposed dismissing the complaint to the extent Spark did not withdraw it (see details and background on the complaint here
