Texas Retail Provider Receives Authority To Use Trade Name Budget Power

The Texas PUC granted Capital Energy PA, LLC an amendment to its Texas retail electric provider certificate to add the trade name Budget Power to the certificate
Under the amendment, Capital Energy PA, LLC also deleted the trade name Sunrise Power & Gas Texas from its REP certificate
The existing trade names Sunrise Power, Value Energy, and Value Power remain on Capital Energy PA, LLC's REP certificate
