Oncor at the Texas PUC filed for approval of a System Resiliency Plan

Oncor is not requesting to use a new Resiliency Cost Recovery Rider for cost recovery of measures proposed under the plan

Oncor plans to defer all of its incremental distribution-related costs (including its distribution-related O&M, depreciation and amortization expense, ad valorem taxes, and associated carrying costs) incurred under an approved System Resiliency Plan for recovery as a regulatory asset.

Oncor will request that the regulatory asset balance be recovered through Oncor’s rates in either Oncor’s next DCRF case or its next base-rate case, whichever is filed first
