The City Council of Lubbock, Texas approved FY 2026–2027 delivery rates at Lubbock Power & Light

The approved new distribution rates will apply to all new 810 transactions created on and after November 1, 2026

Notably, the new LPL delivery rates include a fixed customer charge (Base Charge) for all classes except streetlighting.

The Base Charge will be transmitted on applicable 810 transactions using SAC04: BAS003.

LP&L's FY 2026–2027 Base Charge and Delivery System Charge are below for each class. Additional charges (Transition Charge, Franchise Fee) also apply.
