The Texas PUC granted Nova Esco LLC an electric aggregator certificate to serve residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Although not specifically stated in a notice of approval, Nova Esco had sought a good cause exception of the requirement to submit a fax number as part of registration, stating that it does not use faxes for communication (several aggregator applicants have sought and received such good cause exceptions previously). PUC Staff had recommended approval of a good cause exception to the fax number requirement
