Recently formed True Source Power LLC, whose creation was first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, filed for eligibility as a New York ESCO. Ebere Goodluck serves as President of True Source Power, and, at the time of a December 2025 FERC application for electric MBR authority, Ebere Goodluck was the sole owner of True Source Power LLC.
