Talen Energy Marketing, LLC applied for an Ohio retail electric supplier license to serve commercial, industrial, and mercantile customers in all service areas
Talen had previously held an Ohio retail electric supplier license but voluntarily relinquished such license in 2022, in concert with Talen's then-wind down of its retail supply operations to non-affiliated customers, with Talen continuing to hold retail licenses in certain states to serve affiliated customers
