Via Energy Solutions, LLC, a unit of Via Renewables, Inc., has acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding membership interests of retail energy broker Grid IQ LLC from AARACO Exploration, Inc.
GridIQ, which was founded in November 2024, is described as an advisor to over 1,000 C&I clients nationwide, securing over 280,000,000 kWh and 1,400,000 Dth, which translates to over 2,300 contracts.
