Potomac Edison reported to the Maryland PSC that, as of June 30, 2026, the cumulative Residential POR balance is in an over-recovered position of $372,385.53.
Residential POR has essentially ended in Maryland outside of any lingering cancels/rebills and similar
PE's reported residential POR over-recovered position has decreased from PE’s first POR update filed on January 30, 2026, which showed an estimated over-recovered position of $381,197.91 as of December 31, 2025
No action concerning the over-recovered residential POR balance is proposed at this time.
PE will provide a final update no later than January 29, 2027
