SunSea Energy OH LLC filed with the PUC of Ohio application forms which would serve as applications for certification as a government aggregator for electricity and natural gas

SunSea Energy OH LLC's filings were specifically the application forms for government aggregators, not non-government aggregators and brokers or retail suppliers

However, at one point, a narrative included with the filings from SunSea Energy OH LLC, which is currently licensed as a retail electric and gas supplier in Ohio, described the filings as seeking "license renewal"

Additionally, affidavits included with the applications were the affidavits required for "competitive retail electric service" and "competitive retail natural gas service"
