The Texas PUC granted Power Kiosk LLC an electric aggregator certificate as a Class I and Class II.A aggregator to serve all customer classes and municipalities and political subdivisions. The application had originally been filed in the name of NRG Kiosk LLC d/b/a Power Kiosk, but later the application was updated such that the entity's name is Power Kiosk LLC. Power Kiosk is registered as a Texas electric broker as well
