Constellation has named Olivia Volkoff as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives & Development
Volkoff will lead strategic initiatives and support investment and development decisions shaping Constellation’s next phase of growth across energy and infrastructure.
Previously, Volkoff served as Director, Data Economy Strategy at Constellation since February 2025
Volkoff previously held a number of roles at the U.S. Department of Commerce, including Chief Risk Officer, CHIPS Program Office
Volkoff has held additional prior roles in government, and served as Nuclear Engineer at US Navy, Naval Reactors
