careers@atlanticenergyco.com This position plays a key part in driving sales effectiveness by providing administrative and operational support to the Commercial Sales team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate data across multiple internal systems and acting as a central link between Sales and Operations. The person in this role thrives on organization, is meticulous with details, and enjoys providing essential operational support to streamline revenue‑related processes.
Job Duties.
• Daily inputting of commercial account data into enrollment systems while ensuring complete and accurate information.
• Compiling daily lists of inquiries and delegating to sales team associates.
• Manage and maintain an organized filing system and email intake system for the commercial sales team.
• Managing administrative duties for the sales organization and fulfilling broker requests.
• Handle administrative tasks that enhance operational efficiency and reduce workflow gaps across Sales and Operations.
• Performing data entry duties regarding customer metrics, sales activity, and other key data.
• Conduct quality assurance to ensure accuracy of data input.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and Supply teams to troubleshoot service issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Running drop reports and informing sales team/broker.
• Interact with small and midsize clients to handle routine contract updates or basic energy-related account requests.
Qualifications
• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales support, operations, client services or an administrative role.
• Energy industry experience is a plus.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong technical skills required. Experience in Microsoft Office applications required. Skilled in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• A naturally organized, detail-oriented approach to your work.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with both teammates and clients.
• The position is in the office 4 days per week.
