ResCom Energy Receives Pennsylvania Electric License

The Pennsylvania PUC granted ResCom Energy LLC an electric generation supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. The application was first reported by Matters (1/17)


Amerigreen Energy Receives Pa. Electric, Gas Licenses

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Amerigreen Energy, Inc. an electric generation supplier license to serve all customer classes at PPL and PECO. Amerigreen Energy also received a natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at PECO and UGI Utilities. Amerigreen is a wholesale petroleum marketer, and it shares two owners with Pennsylvania electric generation supplier (and fuel oil marketer) Worley & Obetz, Inc. Energetix Receives Expanded Pa. Gas License

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Energetix, Inc. an expanded natural gas supplier license to include service to all customer classes at PECO. Previously, Energetix had been licensed to serve customers at the three UGI distribution companies. The application was first reported by Matters (2/14)


Unified Energy Alliance Receives Pa. Broker License

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Unified Energy Alliance LLC an electric broker license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.


Winstar Solutions Receives Pa. Broker License

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Winstar Solutions, LLC an electric broker license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW, industrial customers, and governmental customers in all service areas. The application was first reported by Matters (11/10)


Patch Energy Services Receives Pa. Broker License

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Patch Energy Services, LLC an electric broker license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW, industrial customers, and governmental customers at PECO and PPL. The application was first reported by Matters (1/24)


Current Choice Receives Pa. Broker License

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Current Choice, Inc. an electric broker license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.


Dash Energy Receives Pa. Broker License

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Dash Energy LLC an expanded electric broker license to include service to residential customers in all service areas. The application was first reported by Matters (2/14)


Shipley Energy Receives License for New Corporate Entity

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Shipley Energy Company approval to transfer its license as a natural gas supplier to a newly formed entity, Shipley Choice LLC, for purposes of a more efficient corporate organization within the Shipley family of companies. Shipley Choice will continue to use the fictitious name of Shipley Energy. Shipley Energy currently serves customers in the service territories of Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, UGI Utilities, Inc. - Gas Division, UGI Central Penn, and PECO. The application was first reported by Matters (10/6)


PMK Group Pa. Broker Application Dismissed

The Pennsylvania PUC denied the electric broker application of PMK Group Inc. for failure to provide sufficient information in its application.
