ConocoPhillips Receives Option 1 Texas REP Certificate

The PUCT granted ConocoPhillips Company's application to transition to an Option 1 REP serving all customer classes. The application was first reported by Matters (3/25).


Viridian Energy Seeks Ohio Gas License

Viridian Energy NJ LLC applied for an Ohio natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. Viridian, through various affiliates, said that it serves 30,000 residential and commercial electric customers in Connecticut; 67,000 residential and commercial electric customers in Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania; and 1,700 residential and commercial customers in New York, which it entered less than a month ago. In terms of meters, Viridian said that it serves more than 150,000 electricity meters in five states and ten utilities.


Power New England Seeks New Hampshire Electric License

PNE Energy Supply, LLC d/b/a Power New England applied for a New Hampshire competitive electric supplier license to serve residential customers only in all service areas. Power New England is an affiliate of Freedom Energy Logistics and Halifax-American Energy Company.


Sustainable Star Seeks Ohio Broker License

Sustainable Star LLC applied for an Ohio electric broker license to serve commercial, mercantile, and industrial customers in all service areas.
