People's Power & Gas, LLC applied for an Ohio electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. As only noted in Matters, People's Power & Gas is a start-up led by David Pearsall which is seeking licenses in about a dozen states (see 4/4 for additional info).

Palmco Energy Seeks Additional Gas Territories in Pa.

Palmco Energy PA, LLC applied to amend its Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license to include service to all customer classes in the territories of Columbia Gas, UGI Penn Natural Gas, and Philadelphia Gas Works, in addition to its current service areas of UGI - Gas Division and UGI Central Penn.

National Energy Group Seeks Maine Broker License

National Energy Group Corp. applied for a Maine electric broker license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.

Sustainable Star Receives Ohio Broker License

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Sustainable Star, LLC an electric broker/aggregator license to serve commercial, mercantile, and industrial customers in all service areas (4/13).

Southeast Energy Consultants Receives Maine Broker License

The Maine PUC granted Southeast Energy Consultants, LLC an electric aggregator/broker license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers at Central Maine Power, Bangor Hydro-Electric, and Maine Public Service (5/13).
