Constellation Begins Offering Residential Electricity in Pennsylvania

Constellation Energy has begun offering residential electric supply in several service areas in Pennsylvania.

Constellation's intent to begin offering residential supply in Pennsylvania prior to mid-year was first reported in Matters (1/18).

At PECO, Constellation is offering a 12-month fixed rate of 9.89 cents per kWh, and a 24-month fixed rate of 9.99 cents per kWh.

At PPL, Constellation is offering a 12-month, 10% wind product for 8.59 cents per kWh. Additionally at PPL, Constellation is offering a 12-month, 100% wind plan for 9 cents per kWh.

At Met-Ed, Penelec, and West Penn Power, Constellation is only offering a 12-month, 100% wind product. Rates are as follows:

Met-Ed: 8.89 cents per kWh

Penelec: 8.25 cents per kWh

West Penn Power: 7.69 cents per kWh

All of Constellation's residential products in Pennsylvania include a $150 early termination fee, which is waived if service is cancelled within the first 90 days.
