YEP Energy Seeks Pennsylvania Electric License

EnerPenn USA d/b/a Y.E.P. & YEP Energy applied for a Pennsylvania electric generation supplier license. A copy of the application was not immediately available.

Alphabuyer Receives N.J., Illinois Aggregator License

Mass market aggregator Alphabuyer, LLC has received a New Jersey electric private aggregator license. Alphabuyer, whose New Jersey entry was previously reported by Matters (5/31), said that it will soon enter all four electric service areas in the state. Alphabuyer is nearing its previously reported New York electric and gas entry as well. Alphabuyer has also received an Illinois electric agent, broker, and consultant license, as first reported in Matters (4/28).

First Point Power Seeks Maryland Electric License

First Point Power, LLC has applied for a Maryland electric supplier license. A copy of the application was not immediately available. First Point Power is active in Rhode Island and recently received a Massachusetts electric license (6/20).

Energy Enablement Seeks Md. Broker License

Energy Enablement, LLC has applied for a Maryland electric broker license. A copy of the application was not immediately available.
