Blue Pilot Energy Receives License in New State
A final Connecticut PURA decision granted Blue Pilot Energy, LLC an electric supplier license to serve residential, commercial and industrial customers. The application had been first reported in Matters (10/13).
Major Energy Services Seeking Expanded Supplier License
Major Energy Services is seeking an expanded natural gas supplier license in Pennsylvania. Although a copy of the amendment application was not available, correspondence from Major Energy to the PUC indicates that Major Energy meets the bonding requirements for PECO, UGI Utilities, UGI Penn Natural Gas, and UGI Central Penn Gas, all of which would represent new territories for Major. Major Energy is currently authorized to serve customers at Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc., and National Fuel Gas Distribution Company.
Megalink Energy Supply Receives New License
The Maine PUC granted Megalink Energy Supply an electric aggregator/broker license to serve all customer classes at Central Maine Power and Bangor Hydro-Electric. The application had been first reported in Matters (1/23).
