Integrys Acquires Northeast Retail Electric, Gas Book
Integrys Energy Services has purchased the non-Texas electric and natural gas accounts of ENCOA, the retail brand of Twin Eagle Resource Management.
The ENCOA Northeast retail book acquired by Integrys Energy Services includes 45,000 mass market electric and natural gas customers in Illinois, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
The book included customers at ComEd, Ameren and Nicor in Illinois; AEP Ohio, the FirstEnergy Ohio utilities, Duke Energy Ohio (electric and gas), Dominion East Ohio, and Columbia Gas in Ohio; and PPL, PECO, and Duquesne Light in Pennsylvania.
Integrys Energy Services is honoring all terms of the acquired ENCOA contracts.
