Texas REP Now Offering Free Smart Thermostat to Any New Customer Enrolling on WeatherBug Home Plan
TriEagle Energy has begun offering a free ecobee Smart Si WiFi thermostat to any customer that enrolls onto one of its WeatherBug Home electric supply plans.
TriEagle Energy's WeatherBug Home plans combine electricity supply with a program which consists of various weather and usage reports which are used to predict how much heating or cooling a customer's home needs on each day (see prior story for more)
Previously, TriEagle Energy was only offering the ecobee thermostat for free to certain targeted renewal customers (see prior story), and a discounted price to new and other existing customers.
Additionally, under a Father's Day promotion which runs through the end of June, TriEagle Energy has lowered its discounted price for the ecobee Smart Si WiFi thermostat for those customers not receiving the thermostat for free.
Specifically, TriEagle Energy is now offering the ecobee Smart Si WiFi thermostat for $99, versus the previously discounted price of $149.95. The prior $149.95 price already represented a discount of 10-25% off the retail list price of the ecobee Smart Si WiFi thermostat.
