Mint Energy Expands To New State
Mint Energy is now offering competitive electric supply at both AEP Ohio and Dayton Power & Light (DP&L) in Ohio.
Mint Energy is currently pricing and enrolling customers for start dates beginning March 1, 2017 in these territories.
Mint Energy plans to be active in Duke Energy Ohio and the FirstEnergy Ohio EDC service areas, "before early third quarter of this year."
Ohio is part of Mint Energy's expansion into additional PJM states, following its initial entry into Pennsylvania, and the entry into the ComEd service area in Illinois announced last month
Last month, Mint Energy had said that it plans to extend its reach into both Ohio and Maryland during the first quarter of 2017
