The company, which was formed earlier this year, also registered as a Texas electric broker

Nicholas Parker serves as CEO, E-Volve Energy Holdings, LLC. Parker has over 7 years of experience in business development in retail power, with prior roles including Business Development Manager at Source Power & Gas. Parker also previously served as CEO of Environ Partners, an energy management and procurement consultant

Jeff Thomas serves as Chief Operating Officer of E-Volve Energy Holdings, LLC. Thomas has over 15 years of experience in retail energy operations, including enrollment, billing, credit and collections, product development, M&A and integration of retail power portfolios, call center and customer service management, with VP and other senior operations roles at several retail suppliers.

Sean Andrews serves as Chief Procurement Officer at E-Volve Energy Holdings LLC. Andrews previously served as VP of Risk and Reporting and also VP of Pricing & Structuring at Source Power & Gas, and has also held various pricing and structuring roles at several other retail suppliers

Eduard Cheney serves as Director of Energy Operations at E-Volve Energy Holdings LLC.

As stated on its website, E-Volve Energy also offers renewable energy, IoT solutions, LED lighting & retrofitting and energy consulting

Notably, earlier this year, an unaffiliated company with a similar name, Evolve Energy, LLC, launched operations as a retail electric provider in Texas (see story here)
