The Texas PUC issued, without modification from a Staff recommendation, a proposal for publication to modify the retail electric provider certification rules

Major changes under the proposal include varying letter of credit sizes, based on ESI IDs, required for § 25.107(f)(1)(B) REPs, and new restrictions on who may control a REP
