Draft Would Grant Aggregator Licenses To 15 Companies, Subject To Same Newly Adopted Disclosure Requirements

The Connecticut PURA issued a proposed decision which would grant electric aggregator certificates to 15 companies: New England Preferred Energy LLC; Energy Analysis Group LLC; AEC Energy LLC; Summit Energy Services, Inc.; Evolution Energy Partners LLC; Cost Control Associates, Inc.; Taurus Advisory Group, LLC; Lower Watt LLC; Balanced Rock Energy, Inc.; All Source Energy LLC; The Energy Alliance LLC; Meretz Energy Group LLC; Prudential Energy Services Corp.; StoneX Financial Inc.; and Burton Energy Group LLC.
The draft would impose the same new disclosure and other requirements on these 15 aggregators as were recently applied to 22 other aggregators in a recent final decision
